Susan R (Willier) Arnott, 83, of Stoneridge Village Poplar Run, Myerstown, and formerly of Hegins passed away April 1, 2023 at Reading Hospital/Tower Health.

Susan was born March 5, 1940, in Hegins, a daughter of the late William S. and Kathryn (Osman) Willier.

She was a 1958 graduate of Tri-Valley High School, a 1961 graduate of Reading Hospital School of Nursing, and earned her Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from Gwynedd Mercy University.

She served as a Registered Nurse for Reading Hospital, and later became an instructor at the Reading Hospital School of Nursing, teaching fundamentals of nursing for many years.

Susan was a member of Rosedale United Church of Christ, Laureldale, PA. She was also a member of the Reading Hospital School of Nursing Alumni and a former member of the Pilot Club of Valley Forge.

Susan was a lover of cats, caretaker of several cats throughout her life, volunteered at animal shelters, contributed to numerous animal charities, and collector of cat décor.

Per Susan's request there are no memorial services planned and burial will be private in Frieden's Cemetery, Hegins.
