Shirley D. Wiest, age 84, of Old Ford Drive, Camp Hill, passed away Wednesday evening at her home. She was born in Sacramento, Pa., on August 19,1926, a daughter of the late Harry and Maude Mayer Stiely. Shirley retired as an accountant with the Book of the Month Club, Mechanicsburg. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Camp Hill. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Arthur R. Wiest, in 2003. Surviving are two sons, Douglas A Wiest of Wisconsin and Roger C Wiest of Virginia; and a daughter, Darla Wiest-Cooper of Maryland. Memorial services were held on Tuesday, August 9th at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church, Camp Hill with Rev. Matthew Pensinger officiating. Burial was private in Zion Lutheran "Klinger's" Cemetery, Erdman. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3544 N Progress Ave., Ste. 205, Harrisburg PA 17110-9638.
