Click here to view the Vidro Tribute for Shirley Shirley Kathryn Fetterhoff, age 79, of W Main St, Valley View, passed away Tuesday, October 16th, 2007 at the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Valley View, on August 10, 1928, a daughter of the late Gurney and Edna (Miller) Dunleavy. She was a 1946 graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School and a graduate of the former Central Penn Business School. She and her late husband were the founders of Midway Supermarket, Hegins. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church. She was Chairperson of the Music Committee, directed the Youth Choir, directed and was a member of the Chancel Choir, was the pianist for the Men's Chorus, Church Membership Secretary, and was active in Bible School and Sunday School Programs at her church. Her husband Wayne B Fetterhoff died in 1991. She is survived by two daughters Ellen J wife of Toby Catherman of Hegins and Nancy A Drumm of Bethlehem: by a son James W husband of Mary Ann Fetterhoff of Hegins; by seven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, a great grandson.; and a brother Kingston G Dunleavy of Hagerstown, Md. She was preceded in death by a brother Chester L. Dunleavy Funeral services were held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 20th, with Rev. Philip Sabas officiating. A viewing was held from 8 am to 11 am on Saturday at the church. Burial was made in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley Veiw. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, P.O.
