Sarah Elizabeth Schreiber, age 84, of 211 Broad Street Valley View. passed away Tuesday, June 12th, 2007 at the Friendly Nursing Home, Pitman. She was born in Valley View, on February 17, 1923, a daughter of the late George and Katie (Shollenberger) Ebert. She was a graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School. She worked at a former parachute factory in Valley View during World War II. She retired as a seamstress after working in area garment factories. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Valley View. She is survived by a daughter Gail M Mace of Valley View; a grandson Scot L Mace of Valley View; two granddaughters Jody L Mace of Sunbury and Yuliana Mace of Valley View; two great grandsons Tyler L Mace and Zachary T Mace both of Valley View; and by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by four brothers Norman, Luther, Arthur, and Frank Ebert and by a sister Beata Klinger. There will be no services.
