Ruby Irene Coleman, 76, of 2111 E Main Street, Valley View. passed away Monday, March 12th, 2007 at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation. She was born in Gratz, on September 20, 1930, a daughter of the late Nevin M. and Anna Mary (Daniel) Crabb. She was a graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, where she was a former member of the Women's Quartet. Surviving are her husband Albert "Jack" B. Coleman to whom she was married for 53 years. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons Tyson D Coleman and his wife Kelly of Valley View and Brent T Coleman of Pine Grove; a grandson Drew D. Coleman of Valley View; three sisters June A Strayer of Gratz., Jean A Moyer of Shiremanstown. and Harriet L Long of Elizabethville. She was preceded in death by a brother Richard H. Crabb. Memorial services were held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 24th, with Rev. Philip Sabas officiating. Burial was made in St. Peters's Cemetery , Fearnot, Pa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 221, Valley View PA 17983.
