Robert George Morgan, age 62, of Valley View, Pa, formerly of Tremont, Pa., died Tuesday evening, December 7th, 2004, after a lengthy illness at the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center, Tremont, Pa.. He was born in Pine Grove, Pa on January 5, 1942, a son of the late Emmet A and Sarah J (Heffner) Morgan. He was of the Protestant Faith. He was employed as a forklift operator for thirty-five years at Guilford Mills, Pine Grove until retirement. He had also previously worked at the Parish Steel Mill, Reading, Pa. Surviving are his wife of 28 years Ellen M (Klinger) Morgan; two daughters Amy F. wife of Scott Frew of Tremont, Pa. and Missy L. wife of Robert J Vesay of Tower City, Pa.; four grandsons Scott M Frew, Steven T Frew, Dalton J Vesay, and Luke Robert Vesay; three brothers Henry Morgan, Paul Morgan, and Charles Morgan; and a sister Betty Bradbury. He was preceded in death by a brother John Morgan. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 11, at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, Pa, with the Rev George Reynolds officiating.
