MaryJane Lorraine Krehling, age 76, of 757 E Mountain Road, Hegins, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at her residence. She was born on Thursday, May 4, 1933 in Valley View, a daughter of the late Albert Bixler and the late Maude (Morgan) Bixler. She had been employed as a seamstress. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View. She was also a member of the Millersburg Moose Chapter 1083 and the Gratz VFW Post 2385. She enjoyed camping, fishing, boating, traveling crocheting, and doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands LeRoy F Shutt in 1986 and Daniel Krehling in 2002; a grandson Thomas M Hunt; five brothers Mervin, Herman, Alvin, Robert, and Thomas Bixler; and a sister Beatrice Bixler. She is survived by three sons, Richard M Strohecker and his wife, Terri of North East, MD, Keith A Strohecker and his wife, Susie of Lavelle, and Ted L Strohecker and his wife, Pat of Hegins; a daughter, Bonnie L Harman of Venice, FL; nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; and a sister, Marie E Clark of Valley View. Services were held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Philip Sabas officiating. A viewing was held from 9 to 11 am on Saturday at the church. Burial was made in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, P.O.
