Marian R. Bohner, 71, of 518 W. Main Street, Valley View passed away Wednesday morning at her home. Born in Klingerstown, January 4, 1936 a daughter of the late Emery and Florence Keim Hatter. She was a 1953 graduate of Hegins Twp. High School and a graduate of Empire Beauty School. Marian had been employed for over 30 years at Olivetti - Advance Supplies in Middletown. She then earned her CNA certificate and was currently employed by the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a member of Freidens United Church of Christ in Hegins where she was a member of the choir. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a brother Lawrence Hatter. Surviving are her Husband, Herbert R. to whom she was married 52 years., 2 Sons - Robert Bohner and his wife Bonnie of Williamsport; Rodney Bohner and his wife Karen of N.C. 2 Daughter - Peggy Falgoust and her husband Mark of Hegins and Sheri Faust and her husband Duane of Hegins. 1 Sister - Lila Arbogast wife of the late Howard Arbogast of Tremont. Sister-in-law, Louise Hatter of Harrisburg. 10 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, July 28th at 11:00 am from Freidens U.C.C. with Rev. Claude Schach. Burial was in the Friedens Cemetery, Hegins. Viewing was from 9 - 11 am at the church. Memorial donations may be made to her church, P.O. Box 57 Hegins PA 17938.
