Mabel Lamae Klinger, age 72, of 1166 W Mountain Road Hegins, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville. She was born on Friday, June 11, 1937 in Jordon Twp, Northumberland County, a daughter of the late Ramsey Boyer and the late Arlene F (Derk) Boyer. She had worked as a care giver for several area residents. She was a member of the Sacramento Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence M Klinger in 1998; a granddaughter Crystal Lettich; three brothers John, Ronnie, and Derl Boyer; and a sister Mary Shade. She is survived by a son, Clarence M Klinger of Tower City; two daughters, Stephanie L Golden of and Liza F Klinger both of Tower City; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren; a brother, Elwyn Boyer of Pillow; and two sisters, Arlene Dinger of Hegins and Yvonne Dreibelbis of North Carolina. Memorial services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Raymond Holland officiating.
