She was born in Halifax, Pa on December 10, 1916, a daughter of the late Hiram and Ella (Reisch) Shultz. She was a graduate of Halifax High School. She retired as an accountant for the Pa Dept of Labor and Industry Harrisburg, Pa. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Sacramento, PA. She was also a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees, the Happy Hours Senior Citizens Group, Harrisburg, the Elizabethville Area Senior Citizens Tour Group, and a lifetime member of the Halifax Historical Society.. Her husband Charles C Wenrich, died in 1979. She is survived by three daughters Ruth E Keiser, Mechanicsburg, Pa Carol A Muriceak, Camp Hill, Pa, and Gail L Green, Halifax, Pa; two brothers Sherwood L Shultz, Piketown, Pa and Eugene Shultz, Halifax, Pa; two sisters Joan Helt, Halifax, Pa and Dawn Minnich, Millersburg, Pa.; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 5 great great grandchildren. . She was preceded in death by an infant son David Wenrich and by five brothers Irvin, Vernon, John, Harold, and Richard Shultz. Funeral services were held at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Sacramento, PA. at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, May 9th, with Rev. Edward Fisher officiating. A viewing was held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday at the church. Burial was made in St. Paul's Cemetery, Sacramento, Pa.. Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View was in charge of arrangements.
