Click here to view the Video Tribute for Keith Keith Charles Yoder, age 50, of Mabel, Barry Twp., Schuylkill County, Pa., died as the result of an auto accident, Sunday, November 28th, 2004 on Rt 61, in West Brunswick Twp, Schuylkill County, Pa.. He was born in Pottsville, Pa. on October 11, 1954, a son of the late Charles S. Yoder and Evelyn (Kimmel) Yoder Carl of Mabel, Pa. He was a 1972 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and a 1974 graduate of Stevens Trade School, Lancaster, Pa. Following trade school he worked at Raudenbush Bakery, Ashland, Pa. He was last employed at Richmond Screw and Anchor, Tremont, Pa, where he served as Vice President and Shop Steward of the local United Steelworkers Union. He was President of the Schuylkill County Labor Council. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and a former Boy Scout. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited, the North American Hunting Club, Wildlife Forever, the Valley View Gun Club, and the Lower Northumberland Gun Club. He is survived by his wife Frances A. (Dugan) Yoder to whom he was married for 21 years. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are a son Bryan K. Yoder, Girardville, Pa., a daughter Barbara A. Dugan, Hazelton, Pa., two brothers Craig E. Carl, Coal Twp., Pa. and Rodney R. Carl, Hegins, Pa., two sisters Brenda L. Soto, Arnots Addition, Pa. and Lori A. Raup, Ashland, Pa., one grandson, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was also preceded in death by his first wife Mary H. (Herman) Yoder and a daughter Melissa Yoder in 1981; and by his step father "John" Raymond E. Carl in 1992. Burial was made at the convenience of the family in Salem Cemetery, Weishample, Pa. Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, was in charge of arrangements.
