June Roberta Limbert, age 84, of 369 S Goodspring Rd, Hegins, Pa died Tuesday, January 4th, 2005 at the Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Pottsville, Pa . She was born in Lykens, Pa on September 23, 1920, a daughter of the late Thomas and Cora (Reightler) Toward. She was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ, Hegins and the Woodman of the World, Mahantongo Lodge. Her husband Vernon W. Limbert died Feb. 14, 2000 after being married for 57 years. Surviving are a son Dennis E Limbert, Valley View, Pa; two daughters Patricia M Morgan, Hegins, Pa and Suzanne E Geist, Hegins, Pa; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a sister In law Mary Toward, Tower City, Pa.. She was preceded in death by four brothers Clifford McNeal, Benjamin Toward, Thomas Toward, and Steward Toward; and by three sisters Elizabeth Toward, Patricia Toward, and Phyllis Frantz. Funeral services were held at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, Pa. at 11 A.M. on Saturday, January 8th,205, with Rev. Claude Schach officiating. Woodman of the World services were held at 10 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home. A viewing was held from 9 to 11 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home.
