Jean A Kissinger, age 69, of Lykens, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg Hospital.

She was born on Thursday, December 30, 1954, in Valley View, a daughter of the late Larry C Harman and the late Rosemary F (Ganley) Harman.

Jean was the Postmaster at the Gratz Post Office prior to her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother Landis C Harman.

She is survived by her husband Earl E Kissinger, to whom she was married for 51 years.

She is also survived by two sons, Eric E Kissinger and his companion Jeannie Roberts of Shermansdale and Timothy L Kissinger and his companion Brandy Kissinger of Halifax; six grandchildren; a great grandson; two brothers, Gerald D Harman and Mark J Harman both of Valley View; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Suzanne Elliott officiating.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday at the church.
