Ida M "Toots" Moyer, age 88, of 1753 W Main Street, Valley View, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2010 at the Tremont Health and Rehabilitation. She was born on Wednesday, March 15, 1922, in Fearnot, a daughter of the late Tyson Coleman and Ida (Herb) Coleman. She had been employed as a seamstress in area garment factories prior to her retirement. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View. Ida enjoyed baking. She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne S Moyer; a son, Garry L Moyer, a sister L Arlene Wenrich; four brothers, Ray "Tuller" Coleman, Albanus "Bench" Coleman, Gilbert "Gib" Coleman, and James Coleman; an infant sister June Coleman; and an infant brother Roy Coleman. She is survived by a brother Albert "Jack" Coleman of Valley View; a half brother Ned Coleman of Spring Glen; and several nieces and nephews. Services was held at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View, on Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at 3:00 PM, with Rev. Philip Sabas officiating. Visitation was held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Wednesday at the church. There will be no viewing. Burial was made in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View.
