Grace A Otto, age 93, formerly of Valley View, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Heritage Mills Personal Care and Memory Assistance Center, Tower City.

She was born on Thursday, November 19, 1931, in Rife, a daughter of the late George I Spotts and the late Edna I (Boyer) Spotts.

Prior to her retirement, Grace worked at the former Muskin Shoe Co, Millersburg.

She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Fountain.

Grace was also a member of the Tri-Valley Senior Citizens, Fountainette Red Hats, and the bowling league at Strike Time Lanes, Valley View.

Her husband, Forrest R Otto, passed away in 2006. She was also preceded in death by four sisters, Ruth Wentzel, Mildred Snyder, Thelma Bellis, and Gladys Strohecker, and by two brothers, Melvin and Richard Spotts.

She is survived by a son, Elwood E (Vicki) Lucas, Jr of Boyton Beach, FL; two daughters, Bonnie L (Donald) Artz of Hegins and Kathryn R (Gary) Siegfried of Etters; a step son, David C (Carol) Otto of Hegins; a step daughter, Elaine M (Charles) Sherry of Hegins; eleven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
