Click here to view the Video Tribute for Gloria Gloria Salara Wehry, age 82, of 406 W Maple Street, Valley View, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2007, at her residence. She was born in Valley View, Dec 25, 1924, a daughter of the late Harry H. and Margaret (Hepler) Reed. She was a 1942 graduate of the former Hegins Twp. High School. She retired as a seamstress from the former J E Morgan Knitting, Valley View. Her first husband Warren P Maurer died in 1953. Her second husband Daniel W Wehry died in 2001. She was also preceded in death by a sister Norma I Schrope. She is survived by three daughters Carol A wife of Henry Souders of Needmore, Patty L wife of Paul Coleman, Hegins, and Debra M Wehry, at home; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and a step son Thomas E Wehry. Funeral services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9th, with Rev. Gerald Frey officiating. A viewing was held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial was made in Salem Cemetery, Weishample.
