Eva Rachael Sabatino, 87, of Deep Creek Road, Hegins died Thursday October 25, 2007 at Friendly Nursing Home, Pitman. Born in Valley View, August 18, 1920 a daughter of the late Robert and Maude Seiler Schwalm. She was a graduate of the former Hegins Township High School. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, Valley View. She was pre-deceaded by her husband, Santino, October 6, 2006, a brother Lester Schwalm and a grandson Richard J. Green. Surviving are two daughters, Rachael E. Green, Ashland R.D. and Sandra E. Sabatino of Millersburg. 6 Grandchildren 15 Great Grandchildren. Services were held at the convenience of the family from the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View with Rev. Philip Sabas. Burial was in St. Andrew's Cemetery.
