Mrs. Emma Millie Reidler, of Hampstead, Maryland formerly of Donaldson and Hegins, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 28, 2011. Emma was born, Sunday, January 8, 1928, in Fearnot, a daughter of the late John and Stella Carl Harner. In addition to her parents Emma was pre-deceased by a grandson, Sam Shoop; great grandchild, Jacarlee Marie Christie; son-in-law, Joe Fisher; sisters, Maude Klouser and Dorothy Wiest; brothers, William Morris; Roy, Harvey, Boyd and John Harner. She was married to Harold L. Reidler, Sr., who survives her; three sons, Lt. Colonel Harold Reidler, Jr., USAF Ret and his wife Linda, Holden, Missouri; Randall Reidler and his companion Darlene, Ashland; John "Craig" Reidler and his wife Danette, Pottsville; six daughters, Carol Witmer and her husband Kenny, Tremont; Fontaine Fisher, Pine Grove; Gloria Ellinger and her husband Joe, Hegins; Minne Lucas and her companion Don Sharp, with whom Emma resided with in Hampstead; Deboraah Derr and her husband David, Tower City; Elizabeth Wolff and her husband Luther, Tremont; one sister, Jenny Carl and her husband Henry, Herndon; 18 grandchildren; 31 Great Grandchildren; 6 Great Great Grandchildren. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 11 a.m. from Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View with Rev. Curtis Zemencik. Burial was in St. Peter's Cemetery, Fearnot.
