Click here to view the Video Tribute for Ed. Edward K Stutzman, age 66, of 50 Hardot Road, Dauphin, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Arden Courts, Harrisburg. He was born on Friday, April 25, 1947, in Valley View, a son of the late Leroy J and Mabel G Schwalm Stutzman. He was a 1965 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and a graduate of Williamsport Area Community College. He was an electrical inspector for American Inspection Agency, Reading. He was of the Protestant Faith. He was a member of the IBEW and IBEI unions, F&AM Robert Burns Lodge, Newport, and the Harrisburg Consistory. Ed was an avid hunter, outdoorsman, hiker, and a devoted grandfather. He is survived by his wife Cynthia (Hoffman) Stutzman, to whom he was married for 45 years. He is also survived by a son Timothy E Stutzman of Dauphin; a daughter Melissa J Stutzman of Dauphin; a granddaughter Adrienne R Stutzman of Dauphin; a grandson Nicolas T Stutzman of Dauphin; two brothers James Stutzman and his wife Hilla of Millersburg, and Joel Stutzman and his wife Carol of Neffsville; and several nieces and nephews. Services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Saturday, September 14, 2013, at 12:00 pm, with Rev. Carl Shankweiler officiating. Visitation was held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, 3908 Corey Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
