Edward G. Raynor, age 77, of Pitman, Pa., died Monday, June 6th, 2005 at his residence. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa on December 15, 1927, s son of the late Thomas and Mina (Schaller) Raynor. He was a veteran of the US Army and US Air Force. He was a retired machinist. He was a member of Hepler's Church of God, Pitman. He was also a member of the F&AM Lodge of Abington, Pa, and the Woodman of the World Pitman Lodge. Surviving are his wife Ruth E (Brosious) Raynor to whom he was married for 26 years Surviving in addition to his wife are one son Gregory F husband of Doreen Raynor, Vincentown, NJ; two daughters Nancy J Love, Eugene, Oregon, and Sharon M Raynor spouse of Shelly Sullivan, Broomall, Pa; one step son David W husband of Patricia Kraph, Keller, Texas; two sisters Jean Keenan, Maple Shade, NJ and Ruth McCash, Philadelphia, Pa; one brother David Raynor, Bristol, Pa.; 2 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Memorial Services were held at Hepler's Church of God, Pitman, PA. at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 18th, with Rev Andy Weaver officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society. Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, was in charge of arrangements.
