Edna Amelia Hornberger, age 91, of Adamsdale, Pa, formerly of Spring Glen, Pa and Schuylkill Haven, Pa, died Monday, May 9th, 2005 at Brookmont Health Care Center, Effort, Pa. She was born in Sacramento, Pa. on June 3, 1913, a daughter of the late Jacob and Sallie (Kimmel) Swartzlander. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Sacramento, Pa. Her husband Clayton R. Hornberger died in 1987. She is survived by a daughter Mae Jean Grambert, of R.D. East Stroudsburg, Pa., 3 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers Ray, Paul, Wayne, and Ralph Swartzlander and by two sisters Erma Shade and Florence Moyer. Funeral Services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, Pa. at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 12th, with Rev. Curtis H.E. Zemencik officiating. A viewing was held from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial was made in St. Paul's Cemetery, Sacramento, Pa..
