Earl P. Zartman, age 87, of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026 at his home.

He was born in Leck Kill on July 21, a son of Charles and Gertie (Kieffer) Zartman. 

Earl worked as a truck driver at various locations, namely in the northern Pennsylvania gas well region in Potter County during the late 1980's. He returned to Millersburg to continue his lifelong passion of farming.

A member of the Shamokin Christian and Missionary Alliance, he also attended the Reigles Bible Fellowship in Millersburg. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Earl is survived by his wife of 61 years, Carolyn (Rothermel) Zartman of Millersburg; along with their children, Paul D. Zartman and Susan Rachael Zartman, both of Millersburg.

Two sisters, Ruth Ann Fetterolf of Pitman and Esther Swartz of Dalmatia, also survive, along with nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Saturday, August 1st, 2026 at 2 PM at the Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery in Rough and Ready. There will be no services at the funeral home, and everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery.
