Dorothy Ann Hanna, age 51, of 1710 W Maple St, Valley View, passed away Monday, May 2, 2011 at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on Sunday, November 29, 1959, in Oceanside, NY, a daughter of Herman and Edith D Haesche of Oceanside NY. She was a 1978 graduate of Oceanside High School. She was employed by Midway Supermarket, Hegins until becoming ill. She is survived by her husband Alfred W Hanna, Jr, to whom she was married for 21 years. Surviving in addition to her parents and her husband are a son Eric W Hanna, at home; a maternal grandmother Edith Haesche of Oceanside, NY; and a brother Erich J Haesche of Oceanside, NY.
