Charles Richard Klouser, age 62, of 123 Valley Road, Hegins, died at his residence. He was born in Hegins Twp, on April 3, 1944, a son of the late Herman A and Marie E (Wiest) Klouser. He was a 1962 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He was also a graduate of Penn State University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Coast Guard. He is survived by a brother Dennis L husband of Bonnie J. Klouser, Reinholds, and by a nephew Richard A Klouser, Hegins. He was preceded in death by a brother Kermit W Klouser. Memorial Services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16th, with Rev. Claude Schach officiating.
