Bobbie Lamar Miller, age 73, of Broad Street, Valley View, died Friday, Nov 7, 2003, at the Milton S Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pa. He was born on May 13, 1930 a son of the late Robert William Miller. He was a retired coal miner from Summit Anthracite of Good Spring. His wife the former Freida Mae Swartzlander died in 1999. Surviving are a son Robert L Miller of Hegins, Pa and a daughter Linda Mowery of Valley View, four grandchildren and a great granddaughter. Funeral services were held at 11 A.M. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2003 from the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, 200 W Main St, Valley View, with the Rev. Curtis Zemencik officiating. Burial was made in the Church of God Cemetery, Valley View. A viewing was held from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, at the funeral home.
