Betty L Harner, age 56, of 915 W Main Street, Valley View, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2013 at her residence. She was born on Wednesday, December 26, 1956, in Muncy, a daughter of the late Joseph B and Rose Marie Remsnyder Krause. She was a 1974 graduate of Sullivan County High School. She was employed at the former Hegins Precision, Division of Penn Reel, and had also worked at Metal Industries, Hegins and the Lowe's Distribution Center, High Ridge, prior to her retirement. She was a member of Valley United Methodist Church, Muncy Valley. Betty enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Eric S Little; by two sisters, Kim J Krause and Robin J Krause; by a brother Jeffrey L Krause; and by her beloved dog Maggie. She is survived by her husband Kenneth S Harner, with whom she lived for 28 years and was married to for 17 years. She is also survived by a daughter Shannon M Wagner and her husband Bill of Hegins; a grandson Mason J Wagner of Hegins; a granddaughter Kallie R Wagner of Hegins; a sister Lisa M Altemose and her husband Sam of Muncy Valley; a niece Brandy R Savage and her husband Scott of Yardley; a cousin Rudy Remsnyder and his wife Sharon of Hughesville; a great niece Morgan S Savage of Yardley; and a great nephew Jefferson S Savage of Yardley.
