Barbara A. Troutman's Obituary
Barbara A Troutman, age 79, of Klingerstown, formerly of Hebe, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025 at her residence.
She was born on Friday, July 13, 1945, in Harrisburg, a daughter of the late Charles W Hummel and the late Florence M (Hoover) Hummel.
Barbara was a clerk at PennDOT, Harrisburg, for over twenty years prior to her retirement.
Her husband, Joseph E Troutman, passed away in 2016. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Charles W Hummel, Jr.
She is survived by two sons, Dean W Foster and his wife Alexandra of Klingerstown and Shane W Foster of Lock Haven; a sister, Minerva Rodriguez of Baltimore, MD; and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in David's Cemetery, Hebe.
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc., Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
