Arlene J Klinger, age 68, of 73 Mill Road, Ashland, passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009 at the Penn State Milton S Hershey Medical Center, Hershey. She was born on Saturday, July 20, 1940 in Barry Twp, a daughter of the late Irvin Neumeister and the late Martha (Schucker) Neumeister. She was a graduate of Tri-Valley High School. She loved dogs and cats and enjoyed cooking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy F Klinger in 2006. She is survived by three sons Leroy I Klinger and Thomas R Klinger both of Barry Twp and Peter L Klinger of Locust Dale; six daughters Christine A Klinger, Johanna K Rock, and Connie J Klinger all of Barry Twp., Alice A Schucker of Hegins, Joyce A Adams and Molly Pinkerton both of Williamstown; fourteen grandchildren; and several brothers and sisters. Services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Rev. William Danis officiating. A viewing was held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial was made in the Church of God Cemetery, Weishample. Condolences can be left for the family at www.buffingtonreed.com .
