Arlene K Clark, age 93, of Heritage Mill Personal Care Home, Tower City, formerly of Sacramento, passed away Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Penn State Milton S Hershey Medical Center, Hershey.

She was born on Friday, October 31, 1924, in Eldred Twp, a daughter of the late John Jones and the late Viola Kline Jones.

Arlene was a seamstress in area garment factories, prior to her retirement.

She was of the Protestant Faith.

She was a member of the former Sacramento Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary.

Arlene enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.

Her husband Lyle N Clark passed away in 2005. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Wayne Clark; a brother, Harold Jones; and two sisters, Marie Snyder and Velma Zartman.

She is survived by two sons, Earl C Clark and his wife Connie of Klingerstown and Paul R Clark of Sacramento; a daughter, Lena M Shoffler and her husband Donald of Gratz; two grandsons, Kevin Shoffler and his wife Kara of Halifax and Matthew Clark of Klingerstown; two granddaughters, Sherry Bonawitz and her husband Rick of Elizabethville and Denise Murray and her husband John of Tower City; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald Jones of Klingerstown and Mark Jones of Sunbury; a sister, Joyce Kahler of Dornsife; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Debra Gumpher and Rev. Boyd Gumpher officiating.

A viewing was held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday at the funeral home.

Burial was made in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Valley View.
