Obituary
Anna Mae Maurer, age 87, of Hegins, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at the Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.
She was born on Sunday, February 9, 1930, in Barry Twp, a daughter of the late Alvin Klinger and the late Mary Carl Klinger.
She was a seamstress in several area garment factories prior to her retirement.
She was preceded in death by her parents; by her first husband, Elmer C Beury; her second husband, Floyd H Maurer; a daughter, Diane Troutman; four brothers and a sister.
She is survived by two daughters, Irene M Boyer and her husband Eugene of Klingerstown, and Annabelle M Huber and her husband Kris of Hegins,; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a great great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Private burial was made at the convenience of the family in St. John's "Kimmel's" Cemetery, Barry Twp.
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, was in charge of arrangements.
