Obituary
Stephen H Klinger, age 62, of 242 Hill Road, Hegins, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Golden Living York Terrace Nursing Center, Pottsville.
He was born on Saturday, February 13, 1954, in Barry Twp, a son of the late Harry E Klinger and Sarah C Knorr Klinger of Hegins.
Steve enjoyed music, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his dog Squeakers.
He was preceded in death by his father; by an infant daughter, Jessica S Klinger, and by his companion, Mona Hubler.
Surviving in addition to his mother are five sisters, Nancy Hatter of Pine Grove, Mary Kaufman of Ashland, Rosemary Klinger of Hegins, Judy Bohard of Nazareth, and Melody Molnar of Hegins; two brothers, Andrew Klinger of Valley View and Matthew Klinger of Hegins; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Saturday, September 3, 2016, at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Curtis Zemencik officiating.
Burial wwa made in Salem Cemetery, Ashland.
