Obituary
Sandra A Deibert, age 81, of Hegins, passed away Friday, July 12, 2024 at her residence.
She was born on Tuesday, November 17, 1942, in Elizabethville, a daughter of the late Robert F Hain and the late Faye E (Hoffman) Hain.
Sandra was a school bus driver for the Tri-Valley School District for over twenty years. She and her husband also operated the family farm for decades.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Sacramento.
Sandra enjoyed working on the farm, cooking, cleaning, baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her maternal grandparents, Eston and Annie (Hartman) Hoffman.
She is survived by her husband Russell C Deibert, to whom she was married for 58 years.
She is also survived by two daughters, Michele L (companion Tom Unger) Deibert, Karen A (husband Erik Loebs) Deibert; son, Russell D Deibert; grandchildren, Regan and Elise Deibert; and a sister, Beverly Kay (husband Raymond) Shaffer.
Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at St. Paul's Cemetery, Sacramento, with Rev. Raymond W. Holland, III officiating.
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc., Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
