Patricia A "Patsy" Knorr, age 84, of Hegins, passed away Monday, June 27, 2022 at her residence.

She was born on Saturday, December 18, 1937, in Valley View, a daughter of the late Russell E Artz and the late Alvena G (Wolfgang) Artz.

Patsy was a 1956 graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School.

She was a seamstress for many years at the former Amy Sportsware, Valley View.

She attended the LCBC Church, Sacramento.

Patsy was very active in the former Valley View Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary. She was a past Brownie leader. Patsy enjoyed rock and mineral collecting, crocheting, crafting, and spending time with her family and her church family.

Her husband, Leroy A Knorr, Jr, passed away in 2007. She was also preceded in death by her parents; and by an infant son, Kevin Knorr.

She is survived by a daughter, Karen L Lesher of Grantville; a son, Kenneth L Knorr and his wife Wendy of Lavelle; a grandson, Robert L Lesher of Ashland; and a great granddaughter, Addison Lesher of Ashland.

Services will be held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at 11:00 am with Todd Willier officiating.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday at the funeral home.
