Nancy F Rothermel, age 87, of Klingerstown, passed away Sunday, November 12, 2023 at her residence..

She was born on Thursday, January 2, 1936, in Klingerstown, a daughter of the late William E Hoffman, Sr and the late Reba (Morgan) Hoffman.

She was a member of Salem Church of Rough and Ready.

She was also a member of the Gordon Senior Citizens.

Nancy enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her family,

Her husband, Norman R Rothermel, passed away in 2011. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Richard Rothermel and Randy Rothermel, two grandsons, Gary Laudenslager and Danny Rothermel; four brothers, David Hoffman, Roy Hoffman, William Hoffman, Jr, and Mark Hoffman, and two sisters, Martha Wiest and Ellen Hoffman, .

She is survived by three sons, Kenneth Rothermel, Mike Rothermel, and Tim Rothermel all of Klingerstown; two daughters, Gail Laudenslager of Klingerstown, Cathy Herb of Hegins; twenty one grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Straub and Anna Wiest both of Klingerstown; .

Funeral services were held at Salem Church of Rough and Ready, on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Mark E Mantz officiating.

A viewing was held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday at the church.

Burial was in Salem Cemetery, Rough and Ready.
