Obituary
Moses Z. Lapp, age 47, of 2435 Shippen Dam Road, Millersburg, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at his home.
He was born on Wednesday, February 23, 1977, in Myerstown, PA, a son of the late David F Lapp and the late Sylvia L Lapp.
He was the husband of Rachel Blank Lapp.
Along with his wife, Moses owned and operated Rachel's Soft Pretzels in Millersburg PA.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife are, two daughters, Maryann Lapp and Linda Jane Lapp at home; step mother, Elizabeth King Lapp; three brothers, Isaac married to Sadie Lapp of Richmond, IN, John married to Rebecca Lapp of Lebanon, PA, and Samuel married to Sarah Lapp of Richland, PA; five sisters, Rachel wife of John Stoltzfus of Fountain City, IN, Mattie wife of Samuel Lontz of Williamsburg, IN, Fannie wife of Jonas Peachy of Myerstown, PA, Sarah wife of the late Daniel Beiler of Bethel, PA, and Rebecca wife of Johnny Zook of Myerstown, PA.
He was preceded in death by his stillborn son, Jacob Lee Lapp; his parents, David and Sylvia Lapp; brother in law, Daniel Beiler, and still born nephew, Joshua Lapp.
Funeral services will be held at the late residence at 2435 Shippen Dam Road, Millersburg, PA, on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 10:00 am EST, with internment following in West Lykens Valley Cemetery.
The viewing will be at the late home from the time of notice until the service.
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc., Valley View, PA, is in charge of arrangements.
