Jean S. Coleman's Obituary

Jean S Coleman, age 85, of Providence Place, Pine Grove, formerly of Valley View, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015 at Providence Place.

She was born on Tuesday, April 30, 1929, in Spring Glen, a daughter of the late Thomas E and Tillie A Welker Wolfgang.

She was a 1946 graduate of the former Hubley Twp High School .

Jean was a member of the Church of God, Valley View and the Tri-Valley Senior Citizens.

Her husband Thomas D Coleman passed away in 2013. She was also preceded in death by her parents; by an infant son Craig T Coleman; and by two brothers Irvin Wolfgang and Thomas Wolfgang.

She is survived by two daughters, Linda J Klinger and her husband Dennis of Valley View and Donna L Ressler and her husband David of West Chester, OH; a son, James T Coleman of Frackville; two granddaughters, Angela Lurie of Mclean, VA, and Maria Ressler of West Chester, OH; a great grandson, Noah Lurie of Mclean, VA; a twin sister, June L Stutzman of Hegins; and by several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at the Church of God, Valley View, on Friday, April 10, 2015, at 11:00 am, with Rev Gerald Frey officiating.

Visitation was held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday at Church of God.

Burial will be made at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Church of God, 900 W Main Street, Valley View, PA 17983.

Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, was in charge of arrangements.
