Helen M. Ney, 92, of the Lakeview Personal Care Home, South Beaver Township, PA, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 12, 2014.
Born October 12, 1921 in Hegins, she was the daughter of the late Harl and Tillie Schwartz Huntzinger. She was a member of CUP Evangelical Church.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Chippewa Women's Club, Chippewa Senior Citizens, Chippewa Grange, and had belonged to a card club for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl M. Ney in 1987, and two brothers, Harvey and Irvin Huntzinger.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Earl H. and Bonnie Ney, Chippewa Township, two granddaughters and their spouses, Karen and Lawrence Cable, Monaca, Kristie and Paul Caratelli, South Beaver Township, two great-granddaughters, Alissa Rice and her husband David, Monaca, Lauren Cable, Rochester, a great-great-grandson, Cayden Rice, Monaca, and two sisters-in-law, Phyllis Huntzinger, and Francine Huntzinger, both of Virginia.
Friends were received Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Hill & Kunselman Funeral Home,

There was an additional visitation on Thursday in the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, 200 W. Main Street, Valley View, PA from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Warren Egebo officiating.
Interment was in Friedens Lutheran Cemetery, Hegins.
