Obituary
Helen R Grose, age 92, of Valley View, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021 at Lehigh Valley Hospital - E Norwegian, Pottsville.
She was born on Thursday, March 7, 1929, in Harrisburg, a daughter of the late Norman E Lubold and the late Beulah M (Rowe) Lubold.
Helen was a salesperson at Boscov's, St. Clair, prior to her retirement.
She was a member of the Church of God, Valley View.
Helen enjoyed sewing, puzzle books, reading the bible, and spending time with her family.
Her husband, Walter J Grose, passed away in 2003. She was also preceded in death by her parents; by two sons, Timothy Grose and Jeffery Grose, a daughter, Diane Grose, and six siblings.
She is survived by three sons, William Grose and his wife Gloria of Johnstown, Bradley Grose of Fountain, and Matthew Grose and his wife Shirley of Ashland; a daughter, Debra Domboski of Ashland; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Kyle Roth officiating.
A viewing was held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial was in the Church of God Cemetery, Weishample.
