Obituary
Diane G Mace, age 60, of Spring Glen, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 at the Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill.
She was born on Tuesday, October 4, 1955, in Harrisburg, a daughter of the late Robert S Kahler and the late Ethel B Reed Kahler.
She was a 1973 graduate of Upper Dauphin Area High School.
She was a member of the Gratz VFW Post 2385 and American Legion Post 575, Valley View.
Diane enjoyed camping, traveling, and crafts.
Her husband, George A Mace, passed away on Nov 18, 2015. She was also preceded in death by her parents and by a grandson, Bobby Herb.
She is survived by two daughters, Brandie L Herb and her companion Jeff Sherman of Lykens and Trisha M Herb of Brownsburg, IN; a step daughter, Stacey A Schmick of Reading; four grandsons, Robert Michael of Lykens, Bryant Schmick of Millersburg, David Schmick of North Carolina, and Kasey Sherman of Lykens; a great granddaughter, Shianne Lontz; a great grandson, Braelyn Michael; and a sister in law, Janice Dietz and her husband Steve of Klingerstown.
As per Diane's wishes there will be no services.
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
