Obituary
Dale LeRoy Zerfing, age 75, of East Berlin, formerly of Gratz, passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018 at his residence.
He was born on Sunday, December 27, 1942, in Gratz, a son of the late Austin LeRoy Zerfing and the late Bessie Radel Zerfing.
He was a 1963 graduate of Upper Dauphin Area High School.
He was a former employee of Reiff and Nestor, Lykens.
He was of the Protestant Faith.
Dale enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, music, and shooting pool.
He was preceded in death by his parents and by a sister, June Payne.
He is survived by his wife Evelyn E Baumert Zerfing, to whom he was married for 43 years.
He is also survived by a son, James L Zerfing of Lake Meade; a sister, Sandra Kissinger of Gratz; two nieces, Peggy Rowe and Kathy Kissinger; and a nephew, David Kissinger.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
