Obituary
Colby Robert Mattis, age 25, of Sacramento, passed away Saturday, May 26, 2018 at his residence.
He was born on Tuesday, October 20, 1992, in Pottsville, a son of Heather A Schwalm Mattis of Hegins and the late Robert L Mattis Jr, who passed away in 2013.
He was a 2011 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
Surviving in addition to his mother are a son, Cade R Mattis of Sacramento; a sister, Abigail E Weigley and her husband Adam of Dalmatia; paternal grandparents, Robert L Mattis, Sr and Susan M Mattis of Sacramento; maternal grandparents Ralph W Schwalm and Virginia J Schwalm of Hegins; maternal great grandparents, James and June Miller of Hegins; and a companion Rebekka Powers of Sacramento.
Private services were held at the convenience of the family.
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Valley View, was in charge of arrangements.
